Customer Issue: Mr. Madison’s attic was long overdue for some clearing, cleaning, and reorganizing.
Our Solution: The attic was jumbled, but most of the items were large enough to easily pick up and not too large to make it through the door without much difficulty. With the floor and walls cleared, our scrubbing, sweeping, and scouring could begin, and the insulation got a checkup before everything went back inside.

Customer Issue: Mice in the attic.
Our Solution: We placed humane traps and checked for additional traces of rodents. After the mice were captured we cleaned all the nesting material and leftover droppings and then rodent-proofed the attic by sealing gaps and holes in the walls and around the pipes.

Customer Issue: Mr. Clayton called us to see if he had rodents in his attic.
Our Solution: We found some traces of rodents, set traps and removed them. We then sealed off entry points and advised him to keep the area dry and uncluttered.

Customer Issue: Moldy attic.
Our Solution: We removed the parts of insulation that had been damaged beyond repair by the mold growth. We also safely disposed of the material and proceeded to vacuum up dirt and debris that were still present.

Customer Issue: Unhappy with insulation.
Our Solution: Our technicians prepared the home with adequate protection, including plastic walls, drop cloths, and runners. Then, we used a powerful commercial vacuum to begin the debris removal process. Finally, we bagged and disposed of the old insulation in a safe manner.

Customer Issue: Our customer complained that his attic insulation was not doing an effective job and asked if we could find a solution.
Our solution: Our team replaced all ineffective insulation, added new batt insulation and added a radiant barrier across the entire attic. After cleaning up, the customer was very satisfied with the job.

Customer Issue: This commercial customer was receiving complaints from his clients about temperature variations in his restaurant. We suggested adding additional attic insulation.
Our solution: We sealed all air leaks and added new batt insulation. The customers immediately noticed a difference and said they were more comfortable, according to the owner.

Customer Issue: After a rodent infestation, this customer's attic had traces of rodent feces, urine, and blood.
Our solution: Our team removed all of the obvious health risks from the attic, sealed all air openings and disinfected the entire attic. The customer was happy with our services and recommended us to her neighbors.
